organization.Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and
experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team in the
healthcare industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a
professional to design, implement, and support our complex network
infrastructure in a large enterprise environment. The successful
candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the
integrity and security of our data network, ensuring optimal
performance and uptime for our critical systems and services.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure,
including Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, ensuring
optimal performance and security.
- Manage F5/NetScaler load balancing, ensuring efficient and
reliable distribution of network resources.
- Implement and support Cisco Security Products to safeguard our
network from potential threats.
- Utilize automation tools to streamline and enhance network
operations and processes.
- Support LAN/WAN networks in a large enterprise environment,
diagnosing and resolving complex network issues quickly and
effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network
solutions with business needs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of network
topology, equipment, and configurations.
- Conduct regular network performance tests and monitor network
logs to identify potential issues.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior network
engineers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and
technologies to ensure our network infrastructure remains current
and competitive.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer in a
large enterprise environment (10,000+ users), preferably in the
medical or healthcare industry.
- Expertise in F5/NetScaler load balancing and knowledge of Cisco
Security Products.
- Experience with automation tools and techniques (Ansible,
Python, Puppet).
- Proven experience supporting LAN/WAN networks in large
enterprise environments.
- Advanced knowledge of network protocols (BGP, OSPF), standards,
and architectures.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the
ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the
ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical
stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCNA CCIE, or equivalent are
highly desirable.
- A strong commitment to maintaining the highest levels of
