Job Description:
A company is looking for an Academic Records Specialist
(Temporary 3 Year).
Key Responsibilities
Create and adjust certificate program schedules and orders
Process transcript requests, withdrawals, and course changes for
non-degree students
Manage the final grade process and maintain communication with
students
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of one year of experience in a university/college records
and registration office
Experience working with non-traditional students
Familiarity with FERPA regulations
Experience with Colleague, Workday, and Salesforce preferred
