Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Technology Analyst - Problem
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate activities to detect and resolve problems
affecting service levels
Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions to
reduce incidents
Facilitate collaboration across technology and business lines to
ensure alignment and effective problem resolution
Required Qualifications
Clear understanding of ITIL and ITSM
ITIL V4 Foundations Certification
Experience with ServiceNow
Previous experience as an Incident Manager or Problem
Analyst/Manager
Six Sigma or Project Management experience or certification
