Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Client Technology and
Data Enablement to establish and drive a centralized data strategy
for client experience improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and drive centralized data acquisition strategy and
collaborate with cross-functional teams
Define KPIs for team accountability regarding productivity and
client satisfaction
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a
culture of teamwork
Required Qualifications
Ideally 8 years of experience in data, people management, and/or
technology
Proven ability to formulate strategic visions and implement action
plans
Strong knowledge in technology implementation and large-scale
program management
Experience working with globally distributed teams is preferred
