Job Description:
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and
reliable Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have
a passion for food, excellent cooking skills, and a desire to learn
and grow in a dynamic kitchen environment. You will play a key role
in the preparation and execution of our diverse menu offerings
while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety,
and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items
in accordance with club recipes and specifications Assist with
prepping ingredients, organizing the station, and maintaining a
clean workspace Work efficiently during high-volume periods while
maintaining quality and consistency Collaborate with the kitchen
team to ensure smooth and efficient operations Follow health,
safety, and sanitation guidelines and regulations Assist in
receiving and storing food and supplies Contribute to daily kitchen
operations, including opening and closing duties Qualifications: 2+
years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume
restaurant or club setting Strong knowledge of food handling,
preparation, and kitchen safety standards Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment with attention to detail and efficiency
Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work
evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Culinary school training
is a plus, but not required Passion for food and a positive, can-do
