About the JobPrivate Listing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager or Assistant General Manager to join their team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a high-performing FOH team to deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize service standards, drive sales growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the GM to provide support and guidance to the team, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
  • Oversee ordering, inventory, and scheduling, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing costs.
  • Ensure a positive work culture that aligns with company values and promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and control costs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve employee performance.Requirements
    • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Assistant General Manager or 4+ years as a Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, Dining Room Manager, FOH Manager, or Hospitality Manager in a full-service, upscale, high-volume restaurant or comparable concept.
    • Passion for food and beverage, with excellent knowledge of menu items and service standards.
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills, with ability to motivate and engage a high-performing team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and suppliers.
    • Ability to work a mix of days, nights, and weekend shifts, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
    • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.What We Offer
