Key Responsibilities
Guide a team of software engineers in developing satellite software
and firmware
Recruit and plan for organizational growth to meet business
demands
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve design strategy
and requirements ambiguity
Required Qualifications
3+ years of direct management experience of 5+ people
7+ years of experience on high-performing software teams
Hands-on technical work on interdisciplinary projects such as
robotics or aerospace
B.S. in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical
engineering, robotics, aerospace, or related field
