As an EHS Manager, you will be responsible for developing and enforcing safety policies, identifying potentially hazardous biological, chemical and radiological materials, and reducing the chances of accidents in our workplace. This role requires a keen understanding of legal health and safety guidelines, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to create a positive safety culture within the organization.Why join us?

• Accelerated Career Growth!Job DetailsResponsibilities:1. Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines.2. Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety.3. Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law.4. Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention.5. Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations.6. Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.7. Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker's compensation claims.8. Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities, or new prevention measures.9. Report on health and safety awareness, issues, and statistics.Qualifications:1. Proven experience as an EHS Manager in the manufacturing industry for 5+ years.2. Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines.3. Ability in producing reports and developing relevant policies.4. Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment.5. Excellent organizational and motivational skills.6. Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.8. Valid qualification in occupational health and safety (such as NEBOSH/IOSH).9. A degree in safety management or relevant field is preferred.
