Job Description:
A company is looking for a Media Monitoring and Community
Management Specialist with off hours/non-traditional schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor media channels and analyze conversations to provide timely
analysis of breaking news impacting clients
Engage with customers on social media and respond to inquiries
while identifying trends and opportunities
Compile and present executive reports on media landscape, key
stories, and potential reputational risks
Required Qualifications:
4 to 6 years of experience in media monitoring, social listening,
or PR, preferably in an agency setting
Expertise in media monitoring and social listening tools such as
CISION and Critical Mention
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and
trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced
environment
