Job Description:
A company is looking for an Internal Audit Manager to lead
internal auditing efforts and ensure financial reporting
accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement an annual audit plan using a risk-based
methodology
Manage a professional audit staff and oversee SOX compliance
processes
Conduct internal controls reviews and provide reporting on
deficiencies to senior leadership
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
Administration
8+ years in Finance or Accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in
auditing/internal audit
2+ years of managerial experience leading a team
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, COSO, PCAOB Auditing Standards, and
Sarbanes-Oxley
Experience in auditing Finance systems and understanding system
implementation principles
